When you purchase a Toniebox Starter Set or Bundle* through our online shop, you have 60 days to set it up, record personal messages, listen to bedtime stories, groove at a living room dance party and explore all the joys of the Toniebox with your family.
If you and your little listener are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

We accept returns of any Tonies or Accessories purchased outside of our Bundle experience (available on au.tonies.com) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging along with their original contents.
